Q: Is Gas Included?

Yes the fuel is included. You don’t have to worry about any unexcepted cost.

Q: Can We Bring Our Own Food On The Boat?

Yes of course, We encourage it! We can also arrange anything from pizza and pop to charcuterie and bubbles for a special occasion.
Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like us to add something like that to your boat charter.

Q: Do You Stop In At Any Wineries While On The Boat?

Maybe?? It all depends on availability at the wineries dock.

Q: Is it Save to go Boating in the Rain?

Yes! Our boats are available during most kinds of weather. We will, however, stop you from boating if a serious storm blows in. Thunder and lightning are dangerous while boating.

Q: What if we Don’t like the Weather, Can We Cancel?

Unless the weather is totally unfit for boating (thunder and lightning) during your charter period, you’ll be charged for your reservation whether you’re there or not.

Q: What Time Should I Arrive?

It’s recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your your departure time. This allows us the time you’ll need to get you checked in and set up before your time begins.

Q: Is Transportation Included To The Boat Launch?

Unfortunately we do not provide transportation to the boat launch.

Meeting point for this tour is the Cook Road boat launch conveniently located at 500 Cook Road (Next to The Eldorado Hotel)

Q: Where do we Park?

Paid parking is available at the Cook Road Boat Launch parking lot.

Q: How do I pay for my Charter?

We require a credit card deposit and/or full payment to secure your booking, we accept credit card, e-transfer, or cash payment.

Policies & Cancelations:

Bad Weather Policy

The Captain reserves the right to cancel the boat tour due to bad weather conditions. Guests will have the opportunity to reschedule. We operate rain or shine! In the case of poor weather forecast, we do our best to provide 24 hours weather-watch notice. If we do not end up boating, we can reschedule and/or we could also provide an off-road buggy tour if you like. Contact us for more info.

If you have any questions or if you are booking in less than 24 hours, please give us a call and we will be able to assist you right away!

RESERVATIONS:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is owed the day before the tour, or can be paid in advance. Deposits require a valid credit card. Remaining balance can be paid using cash, debit or credit. All prices exclude applicable taxes & gratuity.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are 100% fully refundable for cancellations or changes made 7 days or more prior to the reservation. Full Cyrcle Adventures reserves the right to retain deposits for cancellations or reductions of the number of guests made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date, or in the case of no-shows. A 15% administration fee may be applied to any cancellations. Cancellations within 7 days of your departure will be charged the full 100% of your booked reservation.

CONDITIONS:

Full Cyrcle Adventures reserves the right to change boats, captains, departure times, &/or scheduled itineraries. Your reservation assumes release of the operator from liability or any assumption of claims, risks & indemnity.

WAIVER:

All passengers are required to read & sign a waiver release agreement form prior to boarding the boat. This can be provided via email or at the time of your arrival.

GRATUITY:

Minimum 15% auto gratuity for the guide will be added to your total at time of booking, no need to tip your guide after your tour! It’s all taken care of!

Important Booking Information

Release of Liability and Waiver Form:

It is mandatory for all guests to sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf. The waiver will be sent out via email and/or a QR code will be available to scan on the boat.

Health:

Adventure sport activities are not recommended for individuals who suffer back or neck pain, heart or respiratory distress. Consult your physician prior to participation.
