RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is owed the day before the tour, or can be paid in advance. Deposits require a valid credit card. Remaining balance can be paid using cash, debit or credit. All prices exclude applicable taxes & gratuity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are 100% fully refundable for cancellations or changes made 7 days or more prior to the reservation. Full Cyrcle Adventures reserves the right to retain deposits for cancellations or reductions of the number of guests made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date, or in the case of no-shows. A 15% administration fee may be applied to any cancellations. Cancellations within 7 days of your departure will be charged the full 100% of your booked reservation.
CONDITIONS:
Full Cyrcle Adventures reserves the right to change boats, captains, departure times, &/or scheduled itineraries. Your reservation assumes release of the operator from liability or any assumption of claims, risks & indemnity.
WAIVER:
All passengers are required to read & sign a waiver release agreement form prior to boarding the boat. This can be provided via email or at the time of your arrival.
GRATUITY:
Minimum 15% auto gratuity for the guide will be added to your total at time of booking, no need to tip your guide after your tour! It’s all taken care of!
